Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Returns or exchanges will not be refunded for custom items as they are custom, unless the item has a misprint or misspelled we do not offer returns for custom items.
Non-custom items can receive a full refund if item was shipped damaged or incorrectly with 14 days of customer reaching out and shipping item back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding your refund approval.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Gifts
Gift items returned or exchanged with a gift receipt are eligible for store credit. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you for the value of your return.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return or exchange.
We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package has been delivered to our location. August and June is not responsible for any lost packages.
